Welcome to BKRGuides, owned and operated under BulTrips Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “the Company”).

By accessing our website, booking a tour, rental, or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully, as they form a legally binding agreement between you (“the Client”) and BKRGuides / BulTrips.

1. About BKRGuides

BKRGuides is a Bulgarian Incoming Tour Operator specializing in guided motorcycle tours, motorcycle rentals, and adventure travel services.

BKRGuides is fully operated under BulTrips Ltd., a registered Bulgarian travel company compliant with all local tourism and transport regulations.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Guided motorcycle tours
  • Multi-day and day tours in Bulgaria
  • Motorcycle rentals
  • Customized private tours
  • Travel assistance and route planning

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payment

3.1 Booking Methods

Bookings can be made through:

  • Our website
  • Bokun booking system
  • Email
  • Phone
  • Direct request via the Contact Form

3.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely via Bokun or other approved payment methods.

By booking, you agree to the payment terms listed in your service confirmation.

3.3 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email from us or from Bokun.

4. Client Requirements

4.1 For Motorcycle Tours and Rentals

Clients must:

  • Hold a valid motorcycle driving license
  • Be of legal riding age (18+ unless otherwise specified)
  • Have adequate riding skills for the selected tour
  • Follow all safety instructions from our guides
  • Wear appropriate safety gear at all times

4.2 Health & Physical Condition

Clients should ensure they are physically able to participate in motorcycle activities.

BKRGuides and BulTrips are not responsible for health issues arising during the tour.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation policies depend on the specific tour or rental and are displayed during booking.

Generally:

  • Cancellations made more than X days before the tour → full/partial refund
  • Cancellations made less than X days → no refund

(Bokun policies may apply depending on how the booking was made.)

5.2 Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a tour in case of:

  • Severe weather
  • Safety concerns
  • Mechanical issues
  • Insufficient participants
  • Situations beyond our control (force majeure)

Full refunds or alternative dates will be offered.

6. Safety & Responsibilities

6.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Follow guide instructions
  • Respect traffic laws
  • Ride safely and responsibly
  • Not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs

6.2 Company Responsibilities

We provide:

  • Professional guides
  • Well-maintained motorcycles
  • Safety briefings
  • Support and assistance during tours

However, motorcycling involves inherent risks, and clients participate at their own risk.

7. Motorcycle Damage & Insurance

7.1 Damage Deposit

Motorcycle rentals may require a refundable security deposit.

7.2 Damage Responsibility

Clients are responsible for any damage caused due to:

  • Negligence
  • Unsafe riding
  • Violations of traffic laws
  • Failure to follow guide instructions

7.3 Insurance

Insurance coverage varies by tour/rental.

Details are provided in your booking confirmation.

8. Personal Data & Privacy

We collect only the data necessary to provide our services (name, email, contact details, booking information).

Your data is processed securely and never sold to third parties.

9. Liability Disclaimer

BKRGuides / BulTrips is not liable for:

  • Personal injury due to rider negligence
  • Loss of personal items
  • Flight delays, travel disruptions, or third-party service issues
  • Events outside our control (weather, road closures, etc.)

You are responsible for your own travel insurance.

10. Copyright & Website Use

All website content—including text, images, videos, logos, and branding—is owned by BKRGuides / BulTrips and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Bulgarian legal regulations.
